Valerie was great. We used her first to lease and then sell our property on the upper East side in Miami. She established a communication loop with all parties so that at no point were there any gray areas. At the start of the selling process she provided me with a package showing local comps and two HUD scenarios...she got us the best one and the sale was set in a couple of weeks. We have now moved a few hours North and are re-investing the nice profit made from the sale of our property. I can happily recommend Valerie to you.
